We're hiring. Right now.

Calling all Newfoundlanders

We know you're out there, in big cities and small, all around the world. Seeking each other out, plotting to move back home at some point or another. But let's face it: it's been long enough. Thankfully, there's something great to come back to. We're an internationally-recognized, award-winning agency, consistently ranked as one of the top ten creative shops in the country - bursting at the seams with brilliant minds and good-hearted, fun-loving people. Plus, we're one of only eleven Canadian agencies to ever win a Gold Lion at Cannes. We are looking for a Media Director, Digital Media Managers, Art Directors, and Account Planners to join our team and to work on clients like Air Canada Jazz, Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism, Maple Leaf, and Irving. Email us at careers@targetmarketing.ca After all, isn't it about time to get back to where you came from?

Digital Media Manager

We're looking for a manager to lead our digital media team in the planning, buying, and execution of interactive media campaigns for clients like Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism, Irving, Maple Leaf, Scouts Canada, and Air Canada Jazz.

You've got a wealth of experience in digital media, including mobile, which you'll use to craft and execute brilliant digital strategies. You're also experienced in planning, implementing, and evaluating media buys on major online networks and social media channels, such as Facebook and YouTube. You're a web junky, and we forgive the giant poster of Mark Zuckerburg hanging in your bedroom.

You've worked with ComScore, speak all the web jargon, and have a solid reputation with media reps. You love learning about cool new technologies, so you never miss a beat with emerging interactive media opportunities. And, of course, you know search marketing like the back of your hand. But most importantly, you're as easy going and fun loving as we are. And because of that, we'd love to meet you. Email us at careers@targetmarketing.ca

Media Director

We're looking for a Media Director to work with our team to develop integrated media plans and strategies for clients like Air Canada Jazz, Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism, Irving, and Scouts Canada.

You're a born leader, and you're ready to train and guide your team to help make every campaign effective and breakthrough. You know that collaboration is a recipe for big ideas, and you enjoy working with account and creative teams to develop and present media plans to clients. You eat, sleep, and breathe emerging media trends, and you share them with your team.

You've got 10 years in the business, with a never-ending hunger to learn about groundbreaking digital media. You're an expert communicator with extraordinary organization skills, a creative thinker, and a guru in working with media planning software and research tools.

Senior Art Director

If you're a talented and nice senior art director looking to do some great work and interested in living in a place that looks at the world differently, then we'd like to chat.

Work on great brands like Irving Oil, Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism, Air Canada Jazz, Maple Leaf Foods, Aurora Energy, Scouts Canada, and Ganong. And live in the oldest and most creative city in North America where the air is fresh and the perspectives even fresher.

Help us add more Lions (and other national and international awards) to our list. Drop us a line at careers@targetmarketing.ca. And please, no egos.

Target Creative Internship Program

Look no further than the Target Creative Internship. It's a three-month, paid gig ($1500/month) for art directors and writers that includes a return flight to where you came from and a seat in our Creative Department. We're an award-winning agency that strives to do the best work and loves to mentor young creatives. So if you're a nice person with loads of talent, a killer portfolio, and are willing to work hard, then our internship might turn into something more permanent.
